1. Introduction

Welcome to Canadian Market Watch. In this episode, Jim and George shine a light on what has been happening to the Canadian economy particularly in the last couple of weeks. With the worldwide Covid-19 outbreak markets are changing rapidly on a daily and hourly basis, we are seeing some things that frankly have never been seen before.

TSX has lost 10 years of gains in the last 2 weeks, the price of oil for Alberta Oil has dropped to an all time low and is comparable to the price of a Big Mac meal. This will have devastating consequences for the economy. 

Jim and George will try and get a handle on where some opportunities might arise and how we could prepare for things that might change our lives.
